WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT THE RETURN OF GOODS?

Let's avoid misunderstandings - we invite you to get acquainted with the rules of return of goods.

 

  • Individuals can return the goods within 14 calendar days.
  • Wholesalers / legal entities can return the goods within 30 calendar days.
  • You can return the product specially ordered for you within 5-30 days * We warn you that if you do not pick up the product specially ordered for you within 3 working days, the advance payment will not be refunded.
  • We remind you that original goods and quality electrical / electronic goods ** cannot be returned.

 

* When choosing a specific product, pay attention to the return period - a more accurate (5-30 days) return period is specified next to different EU warehouses.

** According to the rules of return and exchange of items of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

We will accept the returned product if:

  • The product will not be used, the product has no installation / operation marks . We remind you that we do not accept used, damaged or goods that lost their marketable appearance.

By the way, you can always return an item that has been removed from the package. We do not consider minimal packaging changes to be substantial.

  •  The product will come with the original packaging and the seller's / supplier's stickers / codes.

 

To avoid misunderstandings and to save you time, we invite you to inspect the goods at the place of purchase or immediately after delivery to the specified address.

 

If this cannot be avoided:

  1. Inform us about the purchased / delivered defective product within 1 working day. If you have identified a defect in the product during installation or after installation, please inform about the product as soon as possible.

  2. Before sending the defective item:

  • E-mail the completed return form to [email protected]. You can download the form by clicking the button below.

 

 

  • In the form, be sure to include the returning goods Signeda catalogue code.
  • Attach a photo of the item with visible defects.

 

We do not apply these warranty obligations if the product has been damaged due to improper installation or operation. In other words, if the item was damaged through your fault.

We also remind you that the driver who arrived to pick up the returned goods will only accept them if you submit a completed return request approved by our manager.
